Broadvoice is seeking a talented React developer with a strong full-stack focus to join our CX platform team. You’ll build and evolve software solutions using React and Ruby on Rails, mentor peers, and collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers across discovery and delivery phases.

You’ll work with event-driven architectures (Kafka) and cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes) at scale, learning and growing with a diverse software engineering team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails / Node.js / React.
• Experience with modern state management and data-fetching patterns.
• Strong testing mindset with modern testing tools.
• Production deployments experience and Git/Linux proficiency.
• Fluent English and ability to work with remote teams.
• Leadership and collaboration skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain software solutions using React and Rails.
• Mentor development teams to uphold code quality.
