Match Profiler, an Information Systems consultancy, is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Java/Angular developer to join our Porto team. You will contribute to modernizing in-house systems and building RESTful APIs in a collaborative, agile environment.

We value proactive, team-oriented professionals with strong Java/Spring and Angular skills, experience with CI/CD, GitLab, and container technologies, and a passion for delivering secure, scalable software.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring and Angular.
• Experience with unit testing and code reviews.
• Solid experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Proficient in CI/CD, Git and GitLab.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift, KubeOne).
• Experience with Agile development and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and time-managed.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute across the full agile development lifecycle to modernization of in-house systems.
• Design and build modular software architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain Java (Spring) backends and Angular frontends.
• Collaborate with architects, requirement engineers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders.
• Drive quality, sustainability and continuous improvement with unit tests and code reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Java/Angular developer.

Tasks:

• Contribute across the full agile development lifecycle to the modernization of our in-house system
• Be involved in designing and building new modular software architectures and RESTful APIs
• Develop and maintain Java (Spring) backends and Angular frontends
• Collaborate closely with software architects, requirement engineers, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders and other IT Groups to deliver high-value products
• Drive quality, sustainability and continuous improvement within the team, through clean code, unit testing, code reviews and collaboration with QA Engineers
• Be committed in writing and updating technical documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist or sound relevant professional experience
• A solid methodological understanding of software development, as well as strong proficiency in Java, Spring and Angular
• Quality mindset, with experience in unit testing and code reviews
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Git and GitLab
• Familiarity with container technology and tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift, KubeOne)
• Experience with agile development and Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
