Cardif CAP is seeking an experienced software engineer to help build and evolve the Cardif Agent Platform (CAP). You will develop Python services, create modern frontend components with React, and design robust data pipelines to support AI use cases across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps and Security teams in an Agile environment, contributing to API management and platform security while troubleshooting production issues

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python and React skills.
• Professional English required.
• Experience with API management and CI/CD pipelines.

The squad is responsible for developing and evolving the Cardif Agent Platform (CAP) , an internal AI platform that enables countries to deploy secure RAG-based chatbot solutions and AI services at scale across more than 30 countries.

Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps and Security teams to develop, onboard and support AI-powered solutions running in secure cloud environments.

Main responsibilities:
