A growing marketing firm in Lisbon is seeking a French-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support customers with digital marketing inquiries. You will assist in campaign setup, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in French and possess experience in managing paid campaigns. This role offers a gross salary of 930€ paid over 14 months, plus a complexity bonus of 120€ paid over 11 months.

Overview

French-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. On-site position.

We are looking for a French-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers with marketing-related inquiries and assist with campaign performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support related to digital marketing campaigns and tools
• Assist customers with campaign setup and optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and provide guidance when needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support customers with marketing-related inquiries

Requirements

• Fluent French
• Good level of English
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience working with paid campaigns (mandatory)

Working Hours

Initially:

Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 19:00

Shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 10:00 – 19:00

Later stage (to be confirmed):

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 2 rotational days off

Salary & Bonus

930€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)

120€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
