mc2i, an independent consulting firm, invites a senior HRIS Manager Consultant to join its Porto team. You will lead end-to-end HRIS programs, from feasibility studies to deployment and change management, while mentoring a team of consultants.

You are fluent in French, with 5+ years in HRIS within a large corporation, consulting firm, or IT services, and you thrive on driving transformation and client value in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HRIS/HR tech experience in a large org, consulting firm or IT services.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and mentor consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end HRIS programs (feasibility, selection, deployment, change mgmt).
• Provide close-knit management, coaching, and career development for your consultants.
• Drive growth of HR & HRIS service offerings and internal capabilities.
• Contribute to commercial expansion and client portfolio of mc2i.
• Mentor a team of consultants on high-value projects with diverse accounts.
