Allianz Partners in Portugal is seeking a Fraud & Compliance Analyst to join our international team. You will identify fraud risks, analyze incidents, investigate suspicious activity, monitor trends, and support compliance across the business, working with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement, with exposure to AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud tools.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in Fraud prevention, analysis, or investigation.
• Experience in compliance and risk management within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze fraud cases, incidents, and data to identify risks and trends.
• Support fraud prevention and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct investigations and identify root causes of incidents.
• Monitor KRIs and KPIs, and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen controls and implement actions.
• Support QA activities and process improvements.
• Utilize data analytics tools to detect patterns and risks.
• Work with AI, ML, cloud tools, aligning with data governance and security standards.
