Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon, Portugal hires a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our multilingual team on site. You will handle customer inquiries in Flemish and English with a focus on delivering friendly, accurate support across channels.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset on a full-time basis. The position is on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts (Mon–Sun), a structured paid training program, and an international work environment

Qualificações

• Native Flemish or C2 level proficiency required.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Flemish-speaking customer support to a diverse client base.
• Resolve inquiries accurately and professionally in Flemish and English.
• Deliver high-quality service from an on-site Lisbon location.
