Dellent is seeking a Firewall/Network Security Engineer to join a project in Lisbon, operating in a hybrid model. You will leverage extensive IT/Network security experience to manage security projects and transitions, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Cybersecurity and more than nine years of experience, with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, and WAFs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 9+ years in IT/Network security with project/transition management.
• Proven experience managing complex IT transitions and security projects.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, WAFs.
• Experience with enterprise-level network security solutions.
• Vendor management with third-party providers.
• Familiarity with ITIL or Service Management.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Firewall/Network Security Engineer to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
• More than 9 years of experience in IT/Network Security, with a strong focus on project management and/or transition management.
• Proven experience of successfully managing complex IT transitions and/or security projects from planning to completion;
• Knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and technologies, such as: TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, and WAFs;
• Experience with enterprise-level network security solutions;
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party service providers;
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or Service Management principles;
• Fluent in English.
