Expleo Group is seeking an accounting/finance professional in Portugal to underpin General and Banking Accounting activities. The role involves managing financial interfaces, defining accounting schemes, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver on timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in relevant areas, strong Excel proficiency, and excellent English communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Banking Accounting.
• Experience in banking, with knowledge of banking/capital markets products and Financial Information Systems.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Manages functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Liquidity, and Credit Risk reporting.
• Defines functional specifications, accounting schemes, controls, and data flows for financial systems and reporting projects.
• Documents functional and technical requirements for implementation by IT and Engineering teams.
• Coordinates stakeholders and project activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
• Defines Chart of Accounts changes where required.
• Contributes to the testing strategy and performs accounting and reporting testing activities.
• Provides post-implementation/aftercare support to reporting users.
• Ensures financial and accounting requirements are accurately translated into effective functional solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
