CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Portugal is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and optimize three key financial platforms—Sage Intacct, Concur, and Certinia (FinancialForce). The role focuses on system administration, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with senior IT and finance teams, participate in upgrades, provide end-user support, and help develop reports and dashboards to empower decision-making while contributing to continuous process

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems.
• Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and maintenance of financial systems (Sage Intacct, Concur, Certinia).
• Maintain resource records, user access, roles, and permissions in line with internal controls.
• Support data validation and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Assist with project setup, data entry, and lifecycle updates.
• Help with system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Provide end-user support and basic troubleshooting; escalate as needed.
• Maintain process documentation and collaborate with IT and vendors.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support finance teams.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Support integrations between financial systems and other enterprise platforms
• Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Assistwith project setup activities, including data entry and updates across various project lifecycle stages
• Assistwith system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
• Respond to end-user questions and provide basic troubleshooting support, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain and update documentation for system processes and procedures
• Partner with senior team members, IT, and vendors to support issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Helpdevelop andmaintainreports and dashboardsto support business and finance teams
• Assistwith monthly, quarterly, and annual financialprocesses,including time tracking, expense validation, and reporting tasks
• Participate in special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Providegeneralsupportto accounting and financeteamsas needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
• Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability tomaintaindata accuracy and integrity
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and financial processes
