Accenture Industry and Enterprise is looking for a Quality Checker Agent in Lisbon. This role is critical in maintaining high quality within business environments, ensuring effective quality checks and individual mentorship.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. Candidates should have experience in compliance and the ability to assess quality based on established frameworks.

Qualificações

• Up to 3 years of aggregate experience in compliance-related roles.
• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Full proficient in English (C1 level required).
• Must own a valid work permit or EU nationality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality checks on team members' work.
• Assess and evaluate QC scores.
• Conduct Quality Root Cause Analysis.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship.

WhatYou’llDo

Quality Checker Agent plays a crucial role in maintaining high quality in the business environment.

These professionals perform quality checks on the team's work following a quality framework. Interpretated the quality trends and the root causes with the aim the improve of the performance of the team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality on the team members following Client procedures and framework
• Assessing and evaluation of QC Scores
• Perform Quality RCA
• Providing one-on-one mentorship.

WhatYou Bring

• Up to 3 years of aggregate experience in compliance-related roles or financial investigations. Experience gained during internships is fully considered towards this total.
• At least 1 year on a similar Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred). 12th Grade/Highschool Diploma is the minimum require
• Full proficient in English (Read, Write, and Speak). Requirement C1
• At least one of the following certifications: ICA certifications in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance and/or CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering
• Deep understanding of AML typologies, red-flag indicators, and regulatory obligations. Operational experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with both junior and senior stakeholders (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and quality‑assessment skills
• Flexible, hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset, able to deal with high demand
• Intermediate use of MS tool such as Excel and Power Point
• Attention to detail.
• Critical and Analytical Mind set
• Interpersonal Skills
• Fast-paced working environment suitable for adaptable and detail-oriented candidates;
• May be required to work on Client-observed holidays and local holidays
• Weekend availability may be required
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines or project needs
