Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to contribute to finance transformation initiatives and implement financial information systems within an international banking environment. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver robust interfaces and accounting solutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

3+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Finance or Financial Information Systems.
Experience delivering finance transformation and system implementations in international environments.
Knowledge of banking/accounting processes and financial interfaces.

Responsabilidades

Participate in finance transformation and system implementation projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Design functional and technical solutions for financial interfaces between systems.
Produce detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Coordinate with business, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support testing strategies and validation of accounting solutions.
Prepare status reports and participate in project committees.
Provide production support for financial interfaces.
Manage enhancements and corrective actions by priority.
Conduct functional, technical, and reporting testing.
Monitor solution quality and ensure standards compliance.
Support end users post-implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.
