Bosch Service Solutions Portugal is seeking a Finance/Controlling professional to support monthly cost reporting, planning, and procurement activities. You will maintain HR headcount data and assist with month-end closing, contributing to transparent financial processes.

This role requires a university degree in Finance or a related field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent English.

Qualificações

University degree or commercial training with a solid focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Highly proactive with a can-do attitude and ability to drive topics forward independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across teams.
Strong numerical affinity, structured work, and attention to detail; Excel and digital tools essential.
Excellent written and spoken English; working language.

Responsabilidades

Regularly update and maintain Monthly Cost Reports (MCR) for budget transparency and cost center developments.
Support annual Business Plan (BP) and Current Forecast (CF) processes, including CapEx and investment tracking.
Manage end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) process and coordinate department purchases.
Maintain HR-related headcount data and support month-end closing activities.
Coordinate Travel & Expense management and oversee visitor and event arrangements.
