Qualificações

• Experiência como eletricista com certificado elétrico.
• Capacidade de comunicação com equipa de assistência pós-venda.
• Fluência em inglês e português exigida; conhecimento de chinês é vantagem.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar a equipa de serviço de campo, lidando com problemas de produto e atualizando questões significativas.
• Coletar e transformar sugestões de melhoria a partir de problemas reportados para aumentar a competitividade do produto.
• Conduzir formação de capacidades de serviço pós-venda e preparar guias técnicos e SOPs.
• Desenvolver e manter ferramentas de serviço de pós-venda para eficiência operacional.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building. Lead the development of after-sales service tools.

Requirements:

• Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required)
• Strong learning ability and execution
• project management background
• Business fluent English and Portuguese language skills
• Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus
• PCS or DC system experience is preferred
• Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales team
• Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions)
