Hexa Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the operation and continuous improvement of Data Centre infrastructure. You will contribute to critical infrastructure operations, equipment installations, monitoring, and improvement projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring reliable operation, monitoring systems, supporting upgrades, and handling rack installations and cabling. Collaboration with technical teams and meticulous documentation are essential.

Qualificações

• Secondary/Vocational qualification in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, IT or related technical area.
• Portuguese and English language skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience in Data Centres, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, electrical infrastructure or similar environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of technical installations, including racks, UTP/fibre connectivity and power cabling.
• Driving licence, strong safety awareness, attention to detail, teamwork, autonomy and willingness to work flexibly/on-call when required.
