Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro invites graduates for a 12-month full-time program. This on-site position supports engineering tasks, data analysis, and continuous improvement while integrating AI into daily workflows.

You will join a multinational team in a development environment focused on innovative water heating solutions. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, have strong English communication, and are proactive, structured, and results-oriented.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support in problem solving activities.
• Data preparation and analysis for Initial Sample Inspection Report process and data maintenance on IT systems.
• Follow-up and support in Engineering Change Request process.
• Support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement within the group.
• Assist the team with AI integration into daily tasks and value-adding solutions.

Your tasks

What Distinguishes You

Joining more than 1500 associates in manufacturing and research and development of water heating solutions.
