Bosch Aveiro is seeking a motivated intern to support digital content development for learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives. You will help organize documents, databases and information, monitor tasks and deadlines, and support in using digital collaboration and project management tools.

The role values strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.

Qualifications

• Interest in Learning & Development, organizational learning, and knowledge management topics;
• Familiarity with digital and Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Well-organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
• Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
