Haleon is seeking an Expert Dental Detailer to promote our brands to healthcare professionals in Lisbon and the central region. You will carry out medical visits, train staff, and implement the planned activity in your area using face-to-face or remote calls.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Dentistry or Pharmacy, excel at planning, relationship-building, and communication, and are customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset. Flexible thinking and analytical skills are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Detail, train and promote Haleon portfolio according to cycle plan priorities.
• Manage detailing/training calls using CLM and provided materials.
• Plan and organize routes to implement visit/training plans.
• Organize meetings and webinars to achieve coverage targets.
• Collaborate with pharmacy reps to boost promotional impact.
• Accurate reporting of daily activity in Veeva.
• Support training needs in Haleon customers and internally.
• Contribute to CLM/materials development with the Expert dept.
• Participate in congresses and other events.

About the role of Expert Dental Detailer

This position aims to promote Haleon's brands among healthcare professionals through medical visits in the Lisbon and central area.

• Promote Haleon brands to Healthcare Professionals: Dentists, Medical Doctors, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Implementation and control of all activities planned in their specific areas conquering HCP's recommendation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail, train and promote Haleon portfolio according to cycle plan priorities.
• Manage detailing/training calls through efficient use of CLM and materials provided for the calls.
• Plan and organize routes in order to implement the visit/training plan of the area, using face to face or remote call approach.
• Organize meetings/training events/webinars aimed to achieve coverage target.
• Work in synergy with pharmacy reps of the area to improve promotion impact of our brands in targeted customers.
• Accurate reporting of daily activity in Veeva.
• Support training needs in Haleon customers.
• Support internal product training needs.
• Support Expert department in CLM/materials' development.
• Participate in congresses and other events

EUR 29.304,00 - EUR 40.293,00The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
