WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an Experimentation Operations Coordinator to manage global experimentation initiatives and ensure timely, accurate execution across markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress in Jira/Asana, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders worldwide.

Reporting to the Experimentation Lead, you will support the deployment of ELG practices, optimise processes, and drive ROI visibility, with a focus on regional nuances and localisation

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating experiments across multiple markets and regions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Familiarity with A/B testing principles and experimentation frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor day-to-day operations for market-specific testing roadmaps.
• Prepare and execute high-impact experimentation opportunities with regional considerations.
• Track timelines, dependencies and resources using PM tools (Jira, Asana).
• Assist in resource allocation and ROI tracking for experiments.
• Generate and disseminate performance reports with regional insights.
• Maintain robust client communication on planning, status and results across regions.
• Communicate backlog status and blockers to leadership and teams.
• Configure, launch and support experimentation programs and related platforms.
