Riskified in Lisbon seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to ensure merchant happiness and profitability. You will be the primary contact for strategic merchants, coordinating with internal teams to maximize value.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise client-facing roles, native English, and a quantitative background. The position offers a base salary of €40,000-€42,000, hybrid work in Lisbon, and a broad benefits package.

About the Role

At Riskified, we succeed when our merchants succeed. As such, you'll be the merchant's representative within Riskified, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our service. You will be expected to manage and prioritize their needs to ensure they're happy and profitable. Your clients will include Fortune 500 companies, big-box retailers, startups, travel merchants, and more. You'll collaborate daily with various Riskified teams, including Product, Analytics, Data Science and Development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the primary point of contact for our most important merchants. Build, monitor, and communicate our KPIs to our clients
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our customers' most productive ways to utilize Riskified's solution, including identifying and leading upsell opportunities.
• Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion
• Work with all other teams within the company to optimize customer experience across our portfolio
• Assist new customers as they join Riskified's platform and begin using our services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise client-facing role, with extensive international experience
• Superb writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify salient data from multiple sources
• Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and concisely
• Great interpersonal skills and a team player
• Problem-solver, resourceful and independent
• eCommerce/FinTech background and/or experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree - preferably in a highly quantitative field
• Native English speaker level - required

We include transparent salary ranges to support fairness, clarity, and informed decision-making early in the process. The base salary range for this position is €40,000- €42,000 gross annually for candidates based in Lisbon. Your actual salary will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and competencies. If your expectations differ, please let us know - we're always open to a conversation.

The base salary is one part of the total compensation package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
