GMV seeks a Junior Engineer to develop software for maritime surveillance systems. You will learn in a high-level technical environment and may take on small team leadership tasks as you grow.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in engineering or related fields, with interest in defense technology and experience in OO languages such as Java or C#. The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities for relocation if needed.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are looking for a Junior Engineer eager to learn and grow professionally in a high-level technical environment. You will participate in the development of critical software solutions for maritime surveillance systems and, over time, you will be able to assume management responsibilities over small technical teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in projects that integrate artificial intelligence components and real-time data processing.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, analysts and test teams.
• Document solutions and participate in technical reviews.
• Gradually learn about task management, technical planning and team leadership.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, We are looking for graduates in industrial engineering, telecommunications, computer science or similar degrees with a background and interest in developing technology solutions for maritime surveillance and defense.

We will also value previous experience and programming knowledge in object-oriented languages (Java, C#), web services, docker, postgres.

For this position, it is essential to have a higher qualification (Master's degree or equivalent).
