Devoteam is seeking a GenAI Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions including language models and AI-driven automation tools.

You will integrate GenAI capabilities into existing workflows, model knowledge from data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and analytics. Stay current with GenAI advances and best practices.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Engineering, CS, Data Science, Math or related fields.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and BI tools.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions, including language models, chatbots, and AI-driven automation tools.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing workflows, enabling enhanced data-driven decision-making and user-friendly AI experiences.
• Explore, extract, and model knowledge from structured and unstructured data to create actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI technologies and best practices to continuously enhance solutions.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and NLP/ML-specific packages.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to translate complex data into user-friendly solutions.
