Siemens Healthineers in Portugal is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead cash and FX management for the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Zone Finance, Sales, Legal and Tax to ensure compliant, efficient treasury operations.

You will drive digitalization in cash management, work with banks and internal partners worldwide, and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives in a multicultural, global team.

Qualificações

• University degree Master or PhD in Business, Finance.
• 3-5 years Cash Management and FX Management experience, esp. FX trading and daily cash dispositioning.
• Interest in digitalization in Treasury focus areas.
• Track record in structural thinking and project management.
• Experience in global, multi-cultural and virtual project teams.
• Well organized with strong decision-making and communication with Banks and stakeholders.
• International experience and intercultural sensitivity; able to work globally.
• Strong team player with growth mindset and flexible mind set.
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills (Portuguese, Turkish, French, German) are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Cash Management and FX management activities for Siemens Healthineers entities in EMEA, aligning with treasury strategies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Zone Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax and Accounting to ensure compliant and effective processes.
• Interact with Banks and external stakeholders to monitor market developments and support business needs in EMEA.
• Pro-actively promote digitalization in cash management and FX management activities in the EMEA region.
