Keenfinity in Aveiro region, Portugal, is seeking an Embedded FW/SW Engineer for video systems to design and implement software for connected security products, cameras, and sensors. You will work in C/C++ and Python on microcontrollers such as STM32, in embedded Linux environments, and collaborate with worldwide R&D teams.

The role requires a 1–3 year background, strong problem-solving, English proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience between 1 and 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience in coding in C/C++ and Python.
• Knowledge in embedded Linux operating systems, shell script, and Git.
• Experience with video applications software development (preferential).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to analyze and debug complex problems.
• Willingness to learn.
• Team player (worldwide projects with different cultural backgrounds).

Responsabilidades

• Embedded software/firmware development for video surveillance, smart sensors, and security products.
• Create software components in C/C++ and Python.
• Code complex embedded applications for microcontrollers and microprocessors (e.g., STM32).
• Collaborate with stakeholders located in Ovar and worldwide R&D locations.
• Be creative and propose innovative approaches and solutions.
