Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector to join a major industrial engineering project in Sines, Setúbal. You will ensure electrical and instrumentation construction, installation, and testing meet project specifications and contractual requirements, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and inspection agencies to support milestone delivery.

Qualificações

• QA/QC inspection experience in industrial, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or large-scale construction.
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning, and loop checks.
• Ability to review technical documentation, inspection plans, and contractor deliverables.
• Experience producing clear technical reports.
• Familiar with MS Office and quality/project management tools.
• Good communication skills in English (Spanish is also valued).

• Support site inspections, testing activities, RFIs, loop checks, and the preparation of technical reports demonstrating compliance with applicable standards and codes.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector to join a major industrial engineering project taking place in Sines, Setúbal.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical and instrumentation construction, installation, and testing activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and inspection agencies to monitor quality performance, identify deviations, and support the successful delivery of project milestones.

What you will do

• Perform QA/QC inspections and quality assurance activities related to electrical and instrumentation works throughout the project lifecycle;
• Verify compliance of construction, erection, installation, and testing activities with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements;
• Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation and deliverables using project management and quality control tools;
• Monitor contractor performance, analyse quality indicators, and report deviations while coordinating corrective and preventive actions;
• Support site inspections, testing activities, RFIs, loop checks, and the preparation of technical reports demonstrating compliance with applicable standards and codes.

What you are like

• Proficient in QA/QC inspection activities within industrial, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or large-scale construction environments;
• Knowledgeable in electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning, and loop check activities;
• Comfortable reviewing technical documentation, inspection plans, quality control procedures, and contractor deliverables;
• Experienced in identifying quality deviations, managing corrective actions, and producing clear technical reports;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and quality/project management tools used in engineering and construction environments;
• Have good communication skills in Engliosh. (Spanish is also valued)
