Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking an eRetail Search Specialist to drive our organic search strategy for Nestlé brands. You will leverage our Data Impact platform and Digital Shelf Analytics to optimize keyword performance across eRetail channels and improve online visibility.

You will collaborate with market teams and Search Experts to refine keyword strategies, audit content, and deliver detailed performance reports.

Qualificações

• University degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
• Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English.
• Proven SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
• Experience with keyword optimization and performance tracking.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ticketing/workflow tools.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to share knowledge with peers.

Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Solutions, we are currently looking for an eRetail Search Specialist. This professional will serve as the primary point of contact for delivering our eRetail Organic Search service to Nestlé's brands, leveraging our Digital Shelf Analytics tool, Data Impact, among other resources. This role is essential in supporting the development and execution of keyword strategies aimed at enhancing the online presence of Nestlé brands and optimizing search performance across various eRetail platforms.

A day in the life of...

• Collaborate with market teams and Search Experts to conduct keyword strategy analysis and development.
• Ensure quality assurance by verifying correct and consistent tagging and categorization of search terms.
• Perform comprehensive eContent audits and assist in the implementation phase to optimize product visibility.
• Generate detailed reports post-implementation to evaluate increases in Share of Search, providing actionable insights.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks, including testing new functionalities and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

What will make you successful

• University Degree ideally in Digital Media, Digital Communication or Digital Technologies or Marketing
• Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the eCommerce or retail sector
• Experience in Keyword optimization and performance tracking
• Advanced use of Excel
• Good analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
• Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers
• A team-oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience
• Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets
• Ensuring good time management (including down time)
• Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
