Robert Bosch Group seeks a Motor Software Engineer for eBike to design, simulate, and optimize control algorithms for brushless DC motors using MATLAB/Simulink, and to translate models into production-ready embedded code.

You will test and validate software across simulations and real-world rides, analyze system dynamics, and collaborate with global hardware/software teams to achieve high performance.

Qualificações

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
  • Solid experience with MATLAB/Simulink in model-based software development.
  • Knowledge of embedded C and motor control concepts.
  • Understanding of control theory for electric motors, especially BLDC.
  • Proficient English communication in an international team.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and optimize control algorithms for BLDC motors using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Convert models to production-ready code for embedded controllers.
  • Perform testing and validation across simulations, bench tests, and rides.
  • Analyze system behavior and improve efficiency and torque accuracy.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams in a global environment.
