Amaris Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Dynamics 365 professional to join our international, fast-growing team. You will customize, deploy, and optimize CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing, leveraging Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse to deliver business value.

Qualificações

• Hands-on customization and extension of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse and REST APIs.
• Experience in QA automation, performance validation and release governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and UI components.
• Deploy solutions across PRD, VAL, and TST environments; manage solution layers and data migration scripts.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
• Integrate Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, Dataverse, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Execute full-cycle quality assurance including automated testing, regression coverage, performance validation, and release governance.
• Deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Build data layers and dashboards that empower end users with real-time insights via Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and CRM-integrated analytics.
