FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Specialist to onboard clients and manage PPC campaigns. You will build strong relationships with Dutch-market companies, drive revenue through strategic advertising, and upsell while managing your client portfolio via CRM and achieving KPIs.

Requirements include C2 Dutch and strong English, 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing, and familiarity with CRM and PPC.

What We're Looking For

• C2 Dutch + high level of English.
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Great communication skills, target-driven mindset, and understanding of the Dutch business ecosystem.
• Tech & AI savvy, with experience or strong interest in CRM and PPC advertising.
