OpenTalent is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. You will administer and optimize OLP/OLAP SQL Server databases, develop automation scripts, and drive continuous improvement of DBA processes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and strong T-SQL knowledge. Responsibilities include performance tuning, monitoring, and data management optimization, with a focus on automation and scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Database Administration.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Professional experience with PowerShell and Python and/or .NET.
• Experience with Git for source code version control.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, database partitioning, and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain OLP/OLAP SQL Server databases.
• Perform database tuning, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage database partitioning and optimize data management processes.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and/or C# to support DBA activities.
• Design, improve, and automate large-scale information and data collection processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of DBA processes and internal applications.
• Ensure database environments remain stable, efficient, and scalable.

Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or related field
