Cross Border Talents is seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist for the German market based in Lisbon. This role blends data-driven marketing with hands-on campaign optimization across Search, Social, and Video to drive client success.

You will build keyword packs, set bid strategies, analyse performance data at account and campaign levels, and prepare reports to guide optimization. A hybrid setup with two days in the office is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (written and spoken).
• English Proficiency at least B2 level.
• 1–2 years experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience in B2B environment and online advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads).

Responsabilidades

• Build and implement optimisation solutions for high-value advertising clients.
• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
• Analyse performance data at account and campaign level.
• Prepare reports to support and improve optimisation strategies.
• Apply optimisation techniques across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video.
• Identify growth and sales opportunities within client accounts.
• Maintain understanding of internal processes and policies.
• Show innovation and initiative in improving operational performance.

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Experience in a B2B environment and with online advertising tools (e.g. AdWords)
• Google Ads Search certification is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High work ethic and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
