Devoteam Cyber Trust, the cybersecurity specialist arm of the Devoteam Group based in Portugal, is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to respond to alerts, troubleshoot security events, and manage changes within established processes. You will work with a team, prioritize tasks to meet SLAs, identify service improvements, and proactively escalate issues that affect service delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience working in SOC or equivalent security operations training.
• Familiar with security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and to learn new security technologies quickly.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• Respond promptly following processes to alerts on the monitoring tools;
• Troubleshooting security alerts, researching specific solutions and deliver solutions.
• Managing security changes in accordance with any required change management process.
• The ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate the tickets received.
• Be able to prioritize tasks in accordance with SLAs;
• Work with team to identify service improvements to process and procedure;
• Proactively identify, own, and elevate any issue or problem that could impact the services;
• The ability to quickly engage InfoSec challenges

Qualifications

• Experience working on Security Operations Center(SOC) or equivalent technical training in the area;
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools(ex: DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, etc);
• Knowledge and experience of network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies;
• Knowledge in the following network technologies TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Willingness and ability to learn new products and network/security technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training;
• Be able to communicate about networking/security issues effectively and in a comprehensible manner both externally and internally.
