AgileEngine is seeking a data management professional to validate and upload product data into the PIM system, ensuring accuracy across core systems and timely launches.

You will collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to resolve data gaps, configure syndication templates in inRiver, and use Excel to support data stewardship in a fast-paced environment with flextime and remote or office options.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Excel and PIM tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate;
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
• Support business teams with product data usage issues;
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines;
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts;
• Understanding of data lifecycle;
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship;
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
