Mudum Seguros is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances, a leading bancassurance group in Europe. The role focuses on DRCS compliance, data protection governance, and regulatory reporting in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

The candidate should hold a law degree, have 3-5 years of experience in data protection and insurance law, and be proficient in English and Portuguese. Office 365 skills are required, and the position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master degree in law, preferably with data protection and compliance experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector and data protection.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in executing DRCS Compliance Unit activities with emphasis on data protection.
• Implement GDPR rollout program with support from external providers.
• Draft and update compliance and data protection policies and reports to Supervisory Authority.
• Interact with data protection authorities, business partners, and customers.
• Define KRIs/KPIs and oversee their implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare annual data protection reports to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
