Decskill is growing and seeking a Data Engineer for a hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal. We value curiosity and commitment, delivering data-driven technology solutions across national and international projects for clients and partners.

You will build robust data pipelines, design scalable data models, implement data quality and testing, and troubleshoot processing systems using AWS, Terraform, Spark, Hadoop, and SQL/NoSQL environments to enable real-time analytics.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• AWS cloud platform experience.
• Terraform IaC experience.
• Experience designing data-driven architectures in the cloud.
• Strong SQL and querying languages.
• Big Data and Data Modelling expertise.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL environments.
• Familiar with Hadoop, Cassandra, Hive, Spark.
• Airflow experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Design and optimize data models for performance.
• Implement data quality, testing, and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data processing systems.
• Work on large-scale Big Data projects using Spark.
