We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a team responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions supporting business and front-office activities. The role focuses on data processing, ETL development, and data warehousing, ensuring reliable and efficient data flows.

This position is based in a hybrid model (50% on-site / 50% remote) in Lisbon. We welcome candidates who are open to relocating to Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document data analysis to support business requirements.
• Design and implement data models for various use cases.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data marts.
• Optimize data processes, including SQL queries and memory usage.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and architecture.
• Collaborate with multiple IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and data quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SQL, particularly in Oracle environments (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• At least 2 years of experience with SSIS.
• Experience with Python for data processing.
• Familiarity with Git (preferably Bitbucket).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
