Remote Crew is seeking two Data Developers to build risk and compliance data solutions in a hybrid setup in Portugal (Aveiro, office once a month). You’ll work with large datasets to develop and validate models for fraud detection, AML, and responsible usage; collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver auditable outputs.

The role emphasizes SQL Server expertise, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality discipline, with fluent English and strong communication across teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience working with data, ideally in compliance or risk domains.
• Strong SQL skills and SQL Server experience.
• Understanding of data structures, validation and data quality best practices.
• Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Fluent English with clear communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain datasets and logic supporting risk and compliance models.
• Build and optimize database objects to ensure reliable and auditable outputs.
• Analyze and validate data/model results, suggesting improvements where needed.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Investigate data quality issues and support documentation for regulated environments.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and scheduled data work flows.
