You will monitor content, analyze reports, and collaborate with international teams to ensure platform safety and policy alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our international office.
• Availability for an on-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this relocation opportunity).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review social media content to ensure it adheres to community standards and platform safety guidelines.
• Analyze reported content to identify potential violations, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while managing a fast-paced queue of digital safety reports.
• Collaborate with international teams to update and refine content moderation policies based on evolving trends.
• Execute complex moderation tasks with empathy and professional judgment in a high-stakes digital environment.
