Inetum is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst L2 (Blue Team) to join a dedicated security operations team in Funchal, Madeira. You will monitor security events, manage the SIEM use cases, and actively contribute to improving detection capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability tracking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in Cybersecurity Operations / SOC Level 2 in a Blue Team environment.
• Experience configuring and managing SIEM rules and use cases.
• Strong log analysis and incident investigation skills.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SLA compliance for cybersecurity operations.
• Develop, optimize SIEM detection use cases.
• Govern use-case lifecycle from requirements to improvements.
• Analyze security events and identify threats.
• Participate in Threat Hunting and risk mitigation.
• Support vulnerability analysis and tracking.
• Investigate incidents and define corrective actions.
• Produce technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve security processes.
