Consort Group is seeking a Risk Analyst & Permanent Control to strengthen our IT Payments risk governance in Porto. You will identify, assess and monitor cyber and operational risks, coordinating remediation actions and consolidating risk reporting for cybersecurity and risk stakeholders.

With 3+ years in IT risk management or related fields, you will work with security, development and production teams to ensure effective controls and risk awareness across a complex IT environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity Risk, Permanent Control or Operational Risk.
• Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, control execution and remediation.
• Experience with RCSA, operational incidents, audits and control plans.
• Root-cause analysis and impact assessment capabilities.
• Knowledge of GRC/IT risk management tools, ideally ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of cybersecurity governance and IT risk frameworks.
• DORA and PCI-DSS knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience in payment or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and promote cybersecurity governance for IT Payment Services.
• Identify and assess ICT operational risks and non-ICT risks.
• Contribute to RCSA exercises, risk assessments, audits and control plans.
• Analyze operational risks by reviewing incidents and control results.
• Perform root-cause analysis and assess impacts.
• Support remediation actions and risk reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitor and supervise cyber risks across payment activities.
