act digital is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Governance Specialist to drive strategy execution, governance, risk oversight, and compliance initiatives across regions and business units. The role emphasizes coordinating programs, challenging evidence, and advancing cybersecurity maturity.

Hybrid in Lisbon with 2-3 days in the office, you will prepare governance materials, dashboards, and executive reports, collaborate with security, risk, and IT teams, and help implement AI-enabled

Qualificações

• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and program oversight.
• Ability to review evidence and validate compliance across frameworks.
• Familiarity with maturity models and control assessments.
• Excellent communication to translate technical findings to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance of cybersecurity programs across regions and units.
• Prepare status reports, risk analyses, and governance materials.
• Coordinate cybersecurity committees, agendas, minutes, actions.
• Track findings and remediation activities to completion.
• Develop KPIs and maturity indicators for security operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance processes and reporting.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for governance and reporting.
