A Axians está à procura de um(a) profissional sénior em cibersegurança com forte experiência em criptografia, proteção de dados e gestão de chaves. O papel envolve definir requisitos de segurança, apoiar filiais e avaliar riscos para fortalecer a resiliência tecnológica.

Esperamos conhecimento profundo em criptografia, controlo de dados e conformidade, com experiência em comunicação com várias áreas de negócio.

Qualificações

• Experiência prévia em funções similares na área de cibersegurança.
• Conhecimento sólido de requisitos de segurança, encriptação e gestão de chaves.
• Capacidade de avaliação de riscos de segurança e de implementação de mecanismos de proteção de dados.

Responsabilidades

• Definir requisitos e estratégia de segurança para Criptografia.
• Apoiar as filiais na adoção de medidas de segurança.
• Analisar riscos de segurança, impactos e propor medidas complementares.
• Participar em POCs de soluções de segurança.
• Contribuir para a comunidade de segurança interna e monitorizar tecnologias novas.
• Avaliar robustez de designs e mecanismos de proteção de dados e chaves.
• Conduzir orientações de projeto para técnicas de proteção de dados (criptografia, anonimização, masking).
• Redigir ou validar análises de risco e propor contra-medidas.
• Definir requisitos de segurança para criptografia e proteção de dados (escopo de grupo).
• Propor abordagens para inventário de ativos criptográficos no grupo e crypto-agility.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a senior cybersecurity professional with strong expertise in cryptography, data protection, and key management. You will play a key role in defining and promoting security requirements and best practices related to encryption technologies, assessing security risks, and supporting the implementation of robust data protection mechanisms. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and cryptographic controls to help strengthen security and resilience across complex technology environments.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Define security requirements and strategy for Cryptography.
• Support subsidiaries in taking into account security measures.
• Analyse and evaluate security risks, their impacts and propose complementary measures.
• Participate in technical POCs on security solutions.
• Carry out a technological watch and contribute to the development of the security community within the bank.
• Assessment of robustness of designs and data protection mechanisms and keys;
• Project orientation towards the best techniques for data security depending on the case (cryptography, anonymization techniques, masking).
• Writing or validating risk analysis, proposing countermeasures.
• Definition of security requirements for cryptography & data security (Group scope).
• Proposals for approaches to inventory of cryptographic assets in the group, and crypto-agility.

Your Key Skills

• Strong expertise in cryptography, data protection, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex security challenges and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in similar roles.
• Solid experience of Business/IT Relationship.
• Knowledge of IT Risk and Cyber Security.
• Experience with Risk Anticipation.
• Risk Knowledge & Awareness.
• IT Knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
