Continental is looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to manage Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes in Portugal. This role involves controlling costs for BA EMEA HQ functions, developing a Power BI reporting tool, and managing headcount reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in SAP and advanced office tools. Job Description

We are looking for a ControllingAnalyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal, for a replacement period of, approximately, 2 years.

As Controller Analyst you will be responsiblefor the end‑to‑end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Controlling of the Primary Costs of HQ cost centers for BA EMEA for the complete process of Actual, FC and Budget;
• Operative Headcount controlling for HQ functions of BA EMEA for the complete process;
• Drive the development and enhancement of the Power BI – based Cost Center Reporting Tool to support cost center owners with comprehensive cost and headcount tracking.
• Ensure correct monthly Headcount reporting for entire BA EMEA HQ Function to Accounting;
• Management and documentation of the BA - wide role concept for all HQ functions;
• Ensure compliant setup and maintenance of eSR roles as well as VIM and CEOS authorizations.
