We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse to join our team in Funchal Madeira on a contract basis. As a Contract Nurse you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Educate patients and their families about illnesses treatments and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical attention when necessary

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in Funchal Madeira
• At least 2 years of experience working as a nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and empathetic nature

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position.

Accommodation: For non-local candidates we can provide accommodation during the duration of the contract.

Visa: Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Funchal Madeira. Our company does not sponsor visas for this position.
