Qualificações

• Experience in moderation or contact center is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies
• Ensure content complies with legal and platform guidelines
• Identify and escape non-compliant content
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
• Work collaboratively within a structured moderation team
