Overview

As a Computer Research Scientist you will be responsible for conducting research and developing solutions to complex computer science problems. You will work with a team of researchers and engineers to design, implement and evaluate innovative algorithms and systems. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science and utilizing that knowledge to drive forward cutting‑edge research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting research on various computer science topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining and natural language processing
• Designing and implementing algorithms and systems to solve complex problems
• Collaborating with other researchers and engineers to develop innovative solutions
• Evaluating the performance of developed systems through experimentation
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science by attending conferences and reading relevant publications
• Writing research papers and presenting findings at conferences or workshops
• Mentoring junior researchers and providing guidance on their projects

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field. Masters or PhD preferred.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics and programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
• Experience conducting research in an academic or industry setting.
