Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme seeks a Commercial Engagement & Customer Service Lead for Portugal. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Customer Service, Supply Chain Coordination, Omnichannel Engagement, CRM, content, campaigns, events and OKR deployment, while driving commercial operations and governance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in relevant roles, strong CRM/omnichannel expertise, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with experience in animal health, healthcare

Qualificações

10+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Experience in Animal Health, Healthcare, Life Sciences or FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead Customer Service operations and improve customer experience.
Coordinate Order Management and key processes.
Drive omnichannel engagement and CRM effectiveness.
