JPM Industry in Vale de Cambra, Aveiro, Portugal is seeking a CNC Operator to join their production team. The role involves operating CNC machines (3–5 axis and lathes) according to procedures and programming using Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.

You will set up machine parameters, monitor the process, and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications. A 12th grade education and proven experience are required, with full-time employment in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (3 to 5 – axis and/or lathes) to carry out production tasks in accordance with established procedures


• Program CNC machines using specialized software or control systems such as Heidenhain and Fanuc


• Set up CNC machine parameters, such as cutting speed, feed rate, and tooling, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the produced parts


• Monitor the production process, performing regular quality checks on manufactured parts and adjusting machine settings when necessary to maintain standards
