Samlino Group is seeking a CMO-in-Training to join a dynamic, fast-paced team of ambitious professionals. The role focuses on building strategic initiatives across markets in banking, insurance, and utilities, while closely collaborating with founders and international peers.

The successful candidate will lead projects from ideation to execution, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and adapt to a travel-intensive schedule across markets. Fluent English and EU work permit are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies

• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners
• Project-based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies

Start date and Travel

Flexible start date. This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
