InnoWave in Lisbon is seeking a Cloud System Engineer to lead cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives across Azure, AWS and GCP. You will monitor resources, identify waste and drive efficiency with automation and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud and FinOps, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect, with fluent English (Spanish a plus).

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience with Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Experience in cloud optimization in public cloud.
• Proven knowledge of cloud cost management tools (ideally CloudHealth).
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Associate Cloud Engineer.
• FinOps Foundation certification (FinOps Certified Practitioner).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and promote Cloud FinOps best practices in Azure, AWS and GCP environments.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources by identifying waste and cost anomalies.
• Automate data collection, analysis and treatment of cloud usage and costs.
• Support Architecture, Engineering and Operations in adopting efficient, sustainable cloud architectures.
• Identify and execute optimization initiatives including rightsizing, reservations and cost-saving plans.
• Contribute to the evolution of InnoWave's FinOps strategy.
• Provide technical analyses and recommendations for cloud platform improvements.
• Serve as the technical reference for efficiency, governance and multi-cloud optimization.
• Create, maintain and update detailed technical documentation.
